Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation and, where applicable, successful payment.
Estimated delivery after dispatch is generally:
- Peninsular Malaysia: 1–3 business days
- Sabah & Sarawak: 3–7 business days
Customers should generally allow approximately 2–9 business days from order confirmation to delivery, depending on location, courier service, payment method, public holidays and order volume.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that recipient name, phone number, address, postcode and other delivery information are accurate.
